The Morsia Summer Challenge is your chance to transform your body in 9 weeks with expertly designed plans tailored to your goals, guaranteeing real results and your best shape ever.
The Build Plan is a 9-week training programme designed to help you build muscle and gain strength as part of the Morsia Summer Challenge. Utilising a push, pull, legs split, with a focus on mid-high rep ranges and heavy compound lifts, the plan will allow you to increase muscle mass and improve your strength in the gym.
Whilst it's not essential, being in a calorie surplus (bulk) will drastically improve your results on the plan.
The Shred Plan is a 9-week training programme designed to help you lose fat and get shredded as part of the Morsia Summer Challenge. With a focus on higher rep ranges and high intensity + steady-state cardio, the plan will allow you to lose fat whilst retaining muscle mass.
It's essential that you are in a calorie deficit (cut) in order for this plan to be effective - it's not possible to lose fat without doing so.
The Sculpt Plan is a 9-week training programme designed to help you build muscle, lose fat and gain strength as part of the Morsia Summer Challenge. With a focus on the quads, hamstrings and glutes, the plan utilises an upper/lower style training approach, mid-high rep ranges and lots of compound lifts.
This plan can be followed effectively whilst bulking, cutting or maintaining.
The Home Plan is a 9-week training programme designed to help you lose fat and tone-up, all whilst training from home, as part of the Morsia Summer Challenge. Using only a small set of dumbbells & a resistance band, this plan combines hypertrophy (muscle building) training with a mix of high-intensity and steady-state cardio to maximise fat loss and help shape your body into its best ever form.
To see the best results, it's crucial to be in a calorie deficit whilst following the plan.

Enrolment opens on 16th of May and the challenge kicks off on Monday 26th May. Download and sign up for the Morsia app and then head to the challenge tab. Simply click on ENROL NOW and select you fitness plan to get involved.
The challenge starts on Monday 26th May. You can enrol in the challenge from 16th May and try a range of our workouts within the app before the official start date.
You can choose from four expertly designed plans to match your fitness goals: the Build Challenge, focused on helping you gain muscle and strength; the Shred Challenge, designed to get you lean and defined; the Sculpt Plan, perfect for toning and shaping your body; and the Home Workout Plan, which lets you crush your workouts at home using just dumbbells and bands.
To start the challenge, you can either sign up for a Morsia app subscription or Join Morsia Premium. Once you’ve completed your purchase, download the Morsia app and log in. From there, you can enroll in the challenge and select your chosen plan – whether it’s Build, Shred, Sculpt, or Home Workout. The challenge kicks off on Monday, May 26th, 2025, so get ready to transform your body and mindset for the year ahead!
Don’t worry! You can join anytime before the entry window closes on Thursday, June 5th, 2025. Once you join, you’ll have access to catch up or start where you feel comfortable.
